New Appointment Booking System Launching week commencing 1st June
We are pleased to announce that starting next week, we will be introducing a new appointment booking system in partnership with Hero Health to improve the way patients access appointments at the practice.
As part of this new system, once you have submitted your online Klinik form, the GP will review your request and you may receive a secure text message or email containing a personalised booking link from Hero Health. This link will allow you to book an appropriate appointment directly into one of the available appointments offered by the practice, based on the GP’s triage instructions.
This means you will no longer need to wait for a receptionist to contact you to arrange your appointment, giving you greater flexibility and quicker access to suitable appointment times.
There is no need to sign up or create an account to use the system. Simply follow the secure booking link sent to the mobile number or email address you provide when completing your online request.
The new system aims to:
• Improve access to appointments
• Reduce waiting times when contacting the practice
• Allow patients to choose from available appointment times
• Provide appointment confirmations and reminders
• Improve efficiency for both patients and staff
We are excited to introduce this improvement and look forward to providing a more convenient and streamlined booking experience for our patients.

If you are unable to use online services, or require assistance with booking an appointment, our reception team will continue to support you in the usual way.
To ensure you receive booking links, confirmations and reminders, please make sure the practice has your current mobile telephone number and email address on record.
